The financial perspective Hugh brings to relationship property cases derives from 30 years of investigative and strategic experience ranging through investigative, CFO, chartered accounting, merchant banking, investment management and sharebroking roles.

After earning a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration (BCA) majoring in Commercial Law and Accounting from Victoria University, Hugh became a Chartered Accountant upon gaining membership of the NZICA in 1982.
